Reflections
Effective UX/UI redesigns begin with a well-defined strategy
Aligning business goals with user needs ensures that every design decision is intentional and impactful. Establishing clear objectives, conducting research, and setting a roadmap early on prevents scope creep and keeps the project on track.

Ensuring smooth handoff between strategy, design, and development is crucial. Close collaboration with engineers, detailed design documentation, and iterative testing help maintain the integrity of the design vision and enhance the user experience.

Redesign projects often operate under constraints—whether time, budget, or team size. Prioritization is essential to focus on high-impact changes that deliver the most value. Leveraging existing assets, streamlining workflows, and fostering cross-functional collaboration can help achieve meaningful results despite limitations.
